One of the best ways to get rid of harmful toxins in your body is to drink water. 2 Litres of water every day will help to keep you hydrated and keep your immune system healthy as possible. I’m going to share with you my favorite detox drink which have helped me to keep myself healthy and in shape.

Detox water offers other health benefits. It improves your mood, get rid of toxins from your system, fills you up which helps with the cravings and it naturally helps your body to release fat cells for water weight loss. It also keeps food moving through your system.

Here are some seasonal infused water flavours which you can choose from and try them for yourselves.  My favourite drink is the strawberries & grapefruits.

Spring:
Strawberry & grapefruit detox water 🍓 🍇
1 whole cucumber sliced
2 whole grapefruites
2 cups fresh strawberries
Mint leaves

Summer:
Cool ginger mint detox water  🥒 🍋
1 cucumber sliced
2 inches fresh peeled ginger
2 lemon wedges
Mint leaves

Autumn:
Sweet herbal apple detox water  🍎 🍊🍏
1 whole apple sliced
2 orange wedges
2 pinches rosemary

Winter:
Lemon Ginger detox water  🍋🥕
Juice from 2 whole lemons
Mince about 1-inch fresh ginger
Mince about 1-inch fresh turmeric
